Do I need to change my Meta pixel?
No. You paste your Pixel ID and token into the app once. Events are then sent from the server.
What does Meta see about my customers?
Customer data is sent hashed, as the Conversions API requires. Nothing is sold to third parties.
What if a parcel is refused?
Don't mark it as delivered. No Purchase is sent: Meta never counts that sale.
Does it work with my COD form?
TrueBuyer reads Shopify orders, whatever order form you use.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
